src.rpm for spotify built ok on mga2 x86_64 but keep getting libssl.so.0.9.8 when I try to install it.

what does said the spotify license about the redistribution ?

leamas provides a basic .spec in forums thread here: https://forums.mageia.org/en/viewtopic.php?p=30747#p30747 which could be used to build a wrapper package, similar as with get-skype or flash-player.

In that case the license would only apply to the enduser installing it, and if he's ok with that, why not?
