Description David Walser 2012-10-26 21:38:53 CEST
It would be nice to have these additional pear packages php-pear-Net-GeoIP and php-pear-CAS, as well as php-markdown, as Moodle has internal copies of these, and it would be nice to be able to make a moodle package that removes the internal copies of these and has it use the system ones, as Fedora has done.

I don't want to maintain pear stuff myself, and I figure it would be better if current php/pear maintainers took care of these additional packages along with the rest of the php/pear stuff, just as is mostly done with our python, perl, ruby, and ocaml packages.

Moodle package dropped for Mageia 6. This can be reconsidered if the package is ever revived.
