libreoffice doesn't rebuild for quite some time due to:
/home/iurt/rpm/BUILD/libreoffice-3.6.1.2/sdext/source/pdfimport/xpdfwrapper/pdfioutdev_gpl.cxx:49:18: fatal error: UTF8.h: No such file or directory


However, due to it relaying on lib64poppler28-0.20.4-2.mga3 which is no more present on mirrors due to the distro having switched to lib64poppler29, libreoffice is no more installable

issue found: it's due to new poppler

Actually Dexter beated me by a couple minutes in finding the fix in git
