Description of problem:

Qtractor has been built depending on lv2core that may be updated to lv2 (see bug 7639)
if lv2core is updated to lv2, the spec file must be modified :
line 25 : Requires : lv2 instead of lv2core

Qtractor has two BuildRequires that are redondant 
line 20 BuildRequires : lilv-devel
line 21 BuildRequires : slv2-devel
see bug 7838

lilv may now obsolete slv2 !!!
if lilv is updated , we can suppress BuildRequires : slv2-devel

NB qtractor depends on suil-devel too, that may be built with the last version of lv2 (see bug 7841)
