Version 16.01 of Shotcut was released on 2. January 2016. @ Pavel I think we already told you that it is perfectly fine to become a Mageia packager, and after graduating import and maintain only one package, didn't we? So if you do have some spare time... :-) https://wiki.mageia.org/en/Becoming_a_Mageia_Packager (Of course we do silently hope that you'll enjoy it so much, that you'll volunteer to maintain some unmaintained packages ;-) ) Assigning to pkg-bugs@ml.mageia.org, as we do with all package requests nowadays. marja11 I am sure I didn't tell you, that my specialization lies for last years just on the scope of activity connected with translating of user interfaces - it is my level of skill. And you can see the articles about results here. The list of projects you could add several dozens more to, if you would like to have more exact idea about time consumption I gave in free time to them. And surely many aren't simply one-time jobs and still have my attention: http://fripohled.blogspot.cz/ :-) Well!! No good news here!! not at all!! After trying to build this software and report upstream a compile issue, here are their answers: https://github.com/mltframework/shotcut/issues/180 Really very very nice developers!! Let's closing of this bug as WONTFIX. Status:

RESOLVED So maybe in the future. The developer simply has his limitations:-D "I only want to support and have people using very fixed software configurations regardless of OS or distribution. I do not want to make packages that install into the system and includes components that may conflict with already installed software or packages from the repository." |
