When parental control is activated, download of some package using urpmi is
blocked by DansGuardian.

dansguardian-2.10.1.1-6.mga1; urpmi-6.40-9.mga1

systematic

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Active parental control through MCC
2.Lorsque je fait la commande urpmi --auto-update dans une console, j'obtiens Impossible de trouver un miroir dans la liste $MIRRORLIST
Autre manip aprÃ¨s avoir supprimé les médias via le CCM, en ligne de commande :
[root@erato marc]# urpmi.addmedia --distrib --mirrorlist 'http://mirrors.mageia.org/api/mageia.2.x86_64.list'
... échec de la récupération :
impossible d'accéder au média de distribution (pas de fichier media.cfg trouvé)
impossible d'ajouter le média

I have a workaround for you

Edit the file /etc/shorewall/rules.drakx  and immediately before the REDIRECT lines, insert a line

ACCEPT+	fw	net	tcp	http	-	-	-	root

and then restart shorewall with 
shorewall safe-restart

It should then work OK.

It is the drakguard package that configures that file not dansguardian.
(Yet another drakguard bug for me :-)
