When you go to preferences the following error is displayed on the console:
(gtkpod:16558): libanjuta-WARNING **: Pixmap file not found:
/usr/share/pixmaps/anjuta/anjuta-preferences-general-48.png

The file is in the anjuta package, it is the generic 'wrench and screwdriver' icon.

I have fixed this by adding a dep on anjuta.
