3. Tick all but guile and lilypond in the update list and update is OK
4. guile and lilypond are mutually dependent and the new version of guile seems to be incompatible with gnucash
5. => Need a new update for gnucash?

This looks like the same problem as is described in bug #7283 and bug #5767
