https://launchpad.net/bugs/1082276 I just pushed compiz-0.9.8.6-2.mga3 which should fix this bug (and others such as snap plugin). the config in ccsm is still busted but you can choose a window placement method manually. you need to edit ~/.config/compiz-1/compizconfig/Default.ini and change S0_mode in [place] task-compiz-stable works fine in ROSA and MagOS. Mageia uses unstable version of compiz in repo, but stable version is only 0.8.8. drak3d is needed patch for "task-compiz-stable" also. CC:
