Description of problem: transcode fails to convert video due to failure in /usr/lib/transcode/export_ffmpeg.so.
the undefined symbol does not occur in the avcodec library /usr/lib/libavcodec.so.54.59.100, which is newer than the transcode files.
probably transcode needs to be rebuilt for the new version of ffmpeg.
