Description of problem:
Activating the desktop cube view works fine. Moving cube with mouse works.
After exiting the "cube view", the desktop (plasma) freezes. Also mouse cursor freezes. After several seconds, cursor can be used again, but the desktop is still not working again.
Just killing X by pressing alt+print+k works.

mageia beta 1 (64bit)
using NVIDIA beta driver provided in repos

How reproducible:
effect was the same with alpha release

Steps to Reproduce:
1.activate desktop effects
2.activate desktop cube
3.exit cube by pressing ESC

Is this still valid with latest cauldron updates?

Yes,

on my system - with latest updates from 22.04.2011 15:00 - this bug still exists.

Tryed the effect after latest updates (all updates till 10.05.2011) - it works fine now. Thanks to all developers for great work!
