Description of problem:

Hplip version in cauldron is still the old 3.12.2
even in mageia2 is newer(3.12.4)

latest hplip version is 3.12.9

Seems noone submitted/moved it from updates_testing from cauldron to release. Update currently in progress, cf. https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=5395#c22
