Description of problem:

Getting Fontconfig warning: "/etc/fonts/conf.d/50-user.conf", line 9: reading configurations from ~/.fonts.conf is deprecated.
when launching applications from a terminal.

How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. clean install Mageia-3-alpha1-x86_64-DVD.idx with all updates applied.
2. click up a terminal
3. kwrite delete.me

I am closing this bug report because the message goes away when you delete
~/.fonts.conf and ~/.fonts.conf.d

Status: NEW => RESOLVED
Resolution: (none) => FIXED
