Similar problems. I'm able to connect to my WLAN after booting from the Live CD, or from an installed system sourced from a Live CD, but am unable to do so after booting from an installed system sourced from the full distribution DVD. I used the same config parameters in both cases. 2 different Ralink usb adapters behave similarly:

x86_64 Well you need to download the rpm from somewhere else. This will change in mga3 as we added nonfree drivers even in dvd isos. Cannot reproduce it any more Status:
