This update fixes several issues in drak-center.
It installs rtlwifi-firmware for r8712u driver (#6064).
It also fix waiting for network to show up (Derek Jennings, mga#5830).
Last but not least it fixes three crashes:
- drakinvictus: fix crashing on startup due to missing icon (mga#5223)
- draknetcenter: fix a crash when net_applet doesn't run (mga#6040)
- drakroam: fix a crash (mga#6847)

That would be bug #2006 instead of bug #6040.
