Description of problem:

In Mageia3 Alpha1 the naming of gimp help packages - according to rpmdrake - is a mix of gimp-help-<lang> (such as gimp-help-en) and gimp-help-2-<lang>, whereas in Mageia2 packages are gimp-help-2-<lang>.

This may be due either to a mix of versions within the gimp-help package, or just a naming problem - anyhow, should be clarified and corrected.

Steps to Reproduce:
either
   rpmdrake and ask for gimp-help  
or
   urpmi gimp-help-2-en and gimp-help-it : both fail
   urpmi gimp-help-en and gimp-help-2-it : both work

the gimp-help-2 package was renamed to gimp-help but was but seems was not removed 

also please fix the rpmsrate
