I'd say it's more like a feature than a bug. You have now power manager and mixer from Xfce and from some other DE and they all gets started. You could try to disable GNOME/KDE services from starting with Xfce. Another possible solution is to disable unwanted programs from Xfce's autorun settings. CC:
