Description of problem:
If desktop effects have been disabled and if I choose Iaora style as window title decoration, the buttons on the title bars in Iaora style are displayed incorrectly, for example in wrong colour.

How reproducible:
Every time I have desktop effects disabled and set window decoration to Iaora.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install kde4-style-iaora, kde4-style-iaora-common, qt4-style-iaora
2. Disable desktop effects in the KDE system settings
3. In System Settings -> Workspace Appearance -> Window decorations choose Iaora

ia_ora is not supported anymore unfortunately because no packager chose to maintain it. It was dropped from newer versions of Mageia. It could "revive" if someone maintains it, as you know all this is done on a volunteer basis.
