Steps to Reproduce:
1. run lazarus-ide
2. to see hint

This problem with lazarus only in Mageia. This problem is for all applications, written by lazarus, and it's only in Mageia.

Problem persists in Mageia 3 Alpha 1.

Problem is in package libgtk+2.0_0 in Mageia's patch: gtk+-defaultthem.patch.
In Mageia1 theme for "Raleigh" was theme_name and there was not bug.
In Mageia2 theme for "Raleigh" is "oxygen-gtk" and there is bug.
In Mageia3 theme for "Raleigh" is "oxygen-gtk" and there is bug.
It's necessary to rebuild package libgtk+2.0_0 and rebuild package lazarus also (bug #7450: https://bugs.mageia.org/show_bug.cgi?id=7450)

This bug was fixed in MRC repository: ftp://ftp.mageialinux.ru/mageia2/construct/SRPMS/ (gtk+2.0-2.24.10-10.mrc.mga2.src.rpm)

I cannot reproduce with oxygen-gtk2-1.4.1 (current cauldron)
Can you ?
