Update from 1.1 version of MuseScore to 1.2 including Czech localization. Functional playback.

Note: last 10 days I worked hard on the complete Czech translation of manual, video tutorials, musescore/cs web interface and localization file for GUI.

Also I would like the mscore_cs.qm, which is a great improvement of my previous MuseScore app to be included.

The new release of 2.0 will come, we don't know when, and there shouldn't be any more release after the 1.2 version until 2.0. That's why I would like new Czech localization version to be included.

If whoever jumped to this task, let me know, then I would send the mscore_cs.ts and mscore_cs.qm files to him via e-mail.

Of course the newest translation is uploaded to the musescore translation system, but I don't don't think it could be present in the 1.2 release tarball ready for download.

musescore 1.2 is already in cauldron in fact
