Trying with a fresh user doesn't change anything. There are still a bunch of missing modules to update, wondering if that might be impacting things. http://check.mageia.org/cauldron/updates_gnome.html Help is welcome! I have seen this before: Gtk-CRITICAL: gtk_main_quit: assertion `main_loops != NULL' failed but probably the error message before that is the real cause. CC:
