in Mageia 1 64 bit, krlogin fails with no output to the terminal and
a message in /var/log/auth.log ...
klogind[32124]: Error reading message

Seems to be the same problem and has a patch.

I've updated our testing procedure at
https://wiki.mageia.org/en/QA_procedure:Krb5
to show the output that should be shown by krlogin.

Note that only Mageia 1 x86-64 is affected by this bug.

Advisory: This bugfix update for kerberos corrects a problem that prevented
the use of krlogin on x86-64 systems.

This rlogin session is encrypting all data transmissions.

Testing complete on Mageia 1 x86-64 and i586.

Could someone from the sysadmin team push the srpm
krb5-appl-1.0.1-2.3.2.mga1.src.rpm
from Mageia 1 Core Updates Testing to Core Updates.
