Yes, that's the procedure....

For example we are not using exactly same buildsystem, repo layout, svn layout, and packaging rules as mdv.

and just for reference, even neoclust who has been with mdv for _ages_ went through mentoring before gaining full maintainership status on mga....

Well, Alexander can get a commit bit now, as far as I'm concerned, so please give one to his account.

BTW, Nicolas, I don't mind you contributing to mentoring Alexander as well. Must an apprentice only have one mentor? Don't know.
