Description of problem:

1. install mageia
2. choose KDE
3. reboot after installation
4. see the KDM
5. log in
6. see the loading splash screen and the humongous KDE icon at the end...

solution: just make it a bit smaller...

It is the normal kde icon same as the default kde splash.
(try ksplashx Air --test to see the default KDE splash screen).
So you should report it upstream to nuno but i guess it won't be change since it's like this since at least probably 2 years :)

i have no troubles with the icon on it's own, it's just double the size of the others. i know the default has the same issue (it was obvious during alpha installs)

if the KDE can't become slightly smaller (or scaled smaller), perhaps the others could become bigger...

we use usptream icons for the ksplash.

The KDE Icon is bigger this is wanted and thus not a bug.
