are you using aria2 for the download manager ? maybe a duplicate of bug 2454 Component:
Installer =>
RPM Packages Not a duplicate but I confirm the aria2 downloader is the one causing the problem, I have tried using curl and wget, both of those do not show the warning. well it's a duplicate for me.. See Also:
