Various -i18n subpackages were not marked as noarch. It would be nice if the buildsystem detected that a subpackage only had translations in it and enforced the architecture to be noarch.

Well, I had this bug marked, too.
I'll cc malo in this and the other bug and leave it up to him to document this or not
