Since our tx installation is broken (people can still translate strings there online but you can't upload files, which makes it unusable, since I can't update the translations in tx), we decided to abandon it in yesterday's i18n meeting.

As a first step, please disable it, so people won't try to work on tx, which will be useless.
we will come back to you about a replacement, as soon as we finished testing the alternatives.
Until that time we will work "the old way" using svn.
