Description of problem:
Due to the diversed nature in Simplified and Traditional Chinese font characters, the current default font "fonts-ttf-chinese" for zh_TW is not suit for formal usage. I've provided a virtual package "fonts-ttf-deafult-zh_TW", which will install fonts-ttf-chinese-opendesktop, and request if it can be used as default font for zh_TW in rpmstrate.

Note:
this is a request for changes in rpmstrate. The virtual package "fonts-ttf-deafult-zh_TW" is already available in cauldron.
