Ikiwiki stores pages and history in Git. 

It is in Perl.

There are many other features, including support for blogging, as well as a large array of plugins.

The comments plugin adds "blog-style" comments.

I would like to configure or adapt it to my needs, a sort of wiki with comments.

Ikiwiki has been imported in Mageia by Shlomi Fish.
