After abrupt shutdown (no more battery on laptop), on next reboot my system time was off by one hour.

From system logs
Jul  8 14:15:05 localhost ntpd_intres[2299]: host name not found: pool.ntp.org

And later:

@blino, is your hardware clock set to UTC and your local clock CEST? I think this is the same as I see when rebooting my netbook.
