It's again a bug i noticed once,we're also trying to hunt it down :) (Btw you should not have kdebase4-4-6.2.0 with the beta dvd :D ) CC:

balcaen.john does /home/rapsys/.kde4/share/config/kderc exist ? what is the "right" of this file ? CC:

dmorganec btw is it kderc or kdedrc ? kdedrc. It seems to affects several distribution in fact ( kubuntu/opensuse/fedora) but it's happening most of the time for the root user. Decreasing the severity to minor so far because the user will show it only one time (well maybe 2 for root ). Summary:

I can confirm this bug is still present in MAgeia 1, or at last I witnessed it when installing Mageia on my netbook using boot.iso (arch: i586). I can provide a screenshot if necessary. CC:

Cauldron =>
1 Hello, I performed a newer installation of Mageia 1 on my desktop (with update at instalation time). The issue seems to be solved for KDE SC 4.6.5 -or whatever version is in mga1). After upgrading to cauldron, I didn't see the error box either. Cheers ! An easy way to see if it's solved is to start a new session with xguest user :) |
