Description M D 2012-06-14 02:03:40 CEST
These messages are appearing in /var/log/messages seemingly whenever filesystems are mounted or drives appear on the bus:

Jun 13 08:16:22 udisksd[5232]: Error opening /etc/crypttab file: Failed to open file '/etc/crypttab': No such file or directory (g-file-error-quark, 4)
Jun 13 08:16:38 udisksd[5232]: Error opening /etc/crypttab file: Failed to open file '/etc/crypttab': No such file or directory (g-file-error-quark, 4)

I am not sure what it is looking for or why, but it seems like something is misconfigured in the default Mageia 2 environment. I don't notice any loss of function due to the error.
