The include dir for gsl is given as /usr/include. It should be /usr/include/gsl

Due to stupidity of the bug poster (me) and the lateness of the hour (excuses, excuses) I mistook empty answers from pkg-config queries for errors in the gsl.pc file.

My friend Sophie said that /usr/include/gsl is in libgsl-devel which is not the case for /usr/include. So indeed it's here, closing then, feel free to reopen if I'm wrong.
