No netpoint is found.

The user has tried this commands:
root@localhost romuald]# rfkill unblock all
[root@localhost romuald]# rfkill list
3: phy3: Wireless LAN
Soft blocked: no
Hard blocked: yes

Another user has the same problem with ralink-539f on a pavilion-dm1

The user is still waiting for a soluce or a workaround.
He tried :
[root@localhost romuald]# rmmod -f rt2800pci
[root@localhost romuald]# rfkill unblock all
[root@localhost romuald]# modprobe rt2800pci
[root@localhost romuald]# rfkill list

The card is recognized by LinuxMint. He  obtains in Mint:

juste en enlevant acpi=off de mon menu Ist le bouton de la touche wifi s'est mis au bleu et hop ça fonctionne ( il y a aussi eu 4 mises à jours )
