Please build Mesa package with g3dvl and VDPAU options for hardware video acceleration, it's a major feature we are waiting for years. Thank you.

Mesa 8.0.4 in Cauldron is still missing vdpau, there are no files in /usr/lib64/vdpau

This is now fixed in cauldron.

You're welcome. Let me know if this is working.
You will need to install the matching vdpau-driver-* package for your graphics card.

Done that. But my aging video card is lacking same features, so now I see only small green triangles forming some weird picture. Waiting for updates from upstream.

What's the status for this bug report? Can we close it now that the options have been added to mesa?
