It's simply because the Build System is using a Mandriva 2010.1 as a host.
It should be fixed once the First stable mageia is out.
I'm closing as invalid as it's not a « real bug ».

Well, that's not so simple. xorg is built in a chroot, so it should not see it is a Mandriva.

In fact, this is hardcoded in the spec : 
        --with-os-vendor="Mandriva"
