New package request for galternatives, a graphical admin tool for the alternatives system. 

This exists in Debian, Ubuntu, and even Fedora, and it is VERY easy to use and works well.

It would integrate with Mageias already excellent GUI admin tools and fills a missing place, the alternatives system is wonderful when it works, but can be a PITA when it needs tweaking from the CLI. This makes it easy.

IIRC Mageia uses the Debian version of alternatives, the Redhat rpms exist but their setup differs in places.

Assigning this package request to all packagers collectively. On a voluntary basis, one of them might want to integrate it to the distribution and maintain it for bug and security fixes.
