How reproducible: Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. clean install Mageia-2-rc-x86_64-DVD.iso + updates
   with all package groups selected except LSB and Other graphical desktops.
2. click up a terminal. I'm using xterm
3. pavucontrol

I need it to set default mic for ekiga VOIP.

still valid with pulseaudio 2 ? 

iirc it was working for me yesterday

Just my luck. It works on two of my three systems and broke on my "Production" system where I need it. Good news is, this morning's latest pulseaudio-module-* updates fixes the problem.
