Bug 5775

After an upgrade from mga1 to RC using DVD 64 and with only the DVD as media, there are some updates. The upgrade was affected by 'one big transaction' bug 5746 and mkinitrd failed bug 5774.

I think python-devel needs to be on the DVD.
