Description of problem:
The patch that replaces about:blank by file:///usr/share/indexhtml/index.html in the Epiphany src rpm introduces a bug.
The session restore prompt that normally appears after having quit Web, is now quickly replaced by the Mageia homepage before the user has the chance to click on it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a few webpages with Web
2. Quit from the application menu (top panel)
3. Restart Web
