Description of problem (via Reinout van Schouwen): Web 3.4 has done away with the concept of a homepage.
The culprit causing this issue is the'epiphany-3.4.0.1-default-mageia-homepage.patch' in the src.rpm that
replaces about:blank by file:///usr/share/indexhtml/index.html. Unintended consequence is that the 'restore previous session' prompt is indeed clobbered as soon as index.html is loaded.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 3.4.1

How reproducible: exit Web from the app menu and re-launch. Previous session is unreachable.

I have now disabled the patch until it's properly fixed.
