Apparantly gnupg did not change last week:
[bert@Dell1720Mageia2 tmp]$ rpm -aq --queryformat '%{installtime} (%{installtime:date}) %{name}\n' gnupg
1332972211 (Thu 29 Mar 2012 00:03:31 CEST) gnupg
[bert@Dell1720Mageia2 tmp]$ rpm -aq --queryformat '%{installtime} (%{installtime:date}) %{name}\n' gnupg2
1332972219 (Thu 29 Mar 2012 00:03:39 CEST) gnupg2
Anyhow, after installing
[bert@Dell1720Mageia2 tmp]$ rpm -aq | grep thunder
thunderbird-enigmail-10.0.4-1.mga2
thunderbird-10.0.4-1.mga2
the problem occured for the first time...
I've just installed and launched thunderbird-10.0.4-1.mga2 in my cauldron installation, and gpg-agent is still running. [user@localhost ~]$ thunderbird OpenGL Warning: glXChooseFBConfig returning NULL, due to attrib=0x8010, next=0x2 enigmail.js: Registered components [user@localhost ~]$ ps faux | grep gpg-agent user 2281 0.0 0.0 4388 768 pts/0 SN+ 14:20 0:00 \_ grep --color gpg-agent user 1986 0.0 0.0 3004 384 ? Ss 13:47 0:00 gpg-agent --daemon This is not related to thunderbird, and i can't reproduce the issue at all. CC:

doktor5000 (In reply to comment #2) > This is not related to thunderbird, and i can't reproduce the issue at all. Very nice for you ;-) But my gpg-agent can not be started :-( Please help me debugging this issue... (In reply to comment #3) Now I tried once more with Thunderbird and ... GnuPG works again with enigmail. In .gnupg I removed the following file: .gnupg/gpg-agent-info Was that doing the trick? But gpg-agent does not run while I decode an email with Thunderbird: [bert@Dell1720Mageia2 ~]$ ps faux | grep gpg-agent bert 3893 0.0 0.0 12660 884 pts/1 S+ 22:01 0:00 \_ grep --color gpg-agent I suppose this bug report can be closed as this seems a non-issue ? OK (personally I can't help) Status:
