Description of problem:
when unload modules misc_deregister hits a NULL pointer dereference which crashes the kernel

How reproducible:
not always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. load modules (c2port_duramar2150, core)
2. unload modules 
3.

Hi,

This bug was filed against cauldron, but we do not have cauldron at the moment.

Please report whether this bug is still valid for Mageia 2.
