Description of problem: VDR is built with a number of additional patches, one of which is vdr-1.6.0-rsvps.patch. This patch has been around for some years, however the version applied here is missing some functionality. It is only possible to invoke the 'VPS Fallback' capability via VDR's on-screen menu system, not from the config file; this makes it useless for users with 'headless' VDR setups.
