"https://identity.mageia.org/user has only mobile, roomNumber, secretary in the list of new attributes, and no entry for sshPublicKey. Thus, a new user can't import his public key on his own"

Hello. Sorry for the delay, I missed this bug report.
Your account has been added to the packagers-commiters group, so you should now be able to add your ssh key to identity, and access the svn server.
