I can add that the library files used by qemu actually had lengths of zero. They gave a lot of warnings when I installed task-gnome by urpmi. Question: can a lot of warnings saturate rpmdrake, so that it hangs? I uninstalled the offending rpm packages by urpme When I used urpmi --auto-update, they were not re-installed. It appears to me that there must be a bug in rpmdrake or some of its subsystems if faulty packages can hang the system. you have error in /var/log/messages ? Keywords:
