Summary:
Add the OpenFOAM application to mageia =>
OpenFOAM, open source CFD (Computational Fluid Dynamics) Adding Philippe and myself in CC. OpenFOAM has been imported to cauldron, but it doesn't work for now, the package is still a WIP. CC:
(none) =>
makowski.mageia, remi I've done some work on it and OpenFOAM is now working in Cauldron. A known issue is the "paraFoam" script which is not working, because I did not let OpenFOAM build its own version of paraview (since we have it already in the repos), but I haven't gotten to patch the script to use the system wide paraview yet. Status:
NEW =>
RESOLVED BTW if you're still using Mageia Yann, I'd be glad if you could test our openFoam package (for example in Mageia 5 beta1 when it comes out in ~2 weeks). |
