Description David Walser 2012-04-15 03:53:29 CEST
I noticed this when installing updates in a couple Cauldron VMs, it says that gstreamer0.10-farstream has to be removed for others (i.e. gstreamer0.10-farsight2) to be upgraded. It looks like these two packages have the same files, and I'm guessing the farstream one is actually supposed to replace the farsight2 one (it has a newer version and is only in Cauldron, while farsight2 is in mga1). If so, the old package should be deleted and the new one should provide/obsolete it.

We need to do some cleaning before we can drop farsight completely. I'm on it..
