NEEDINFO Find below result of the comand "LC_ALL=C nvclock -i" [florian@laptop ~]$ LC_ALL=C nvclock -i Speicherzugriffsfehler [florian@laptop ~]$ either "nvclock --help" results in "Speicherzugriffsfehler" I think you may have a configuration problem : the message should at least be in english. Can you please try nvclock in the new shiny LiveCD, without even installing them? I'll do that this weekend. Kind regards! Hallo It seems you're right.
