Hi William, I'm afraid this is by design. See the discussion that took place on it at: https://www.mageia.org/pipermail/mageia-dev/2012-March/013553.html I do agree that iceape / seamonkey is indeed a package we should want to ship as a distribution, but without a maintainer the risk of missing important security updates etc. are too big to confront our users with. I'm considering to adopt this package, but as I don't really use it myself I'm not sure I'd be the appropiate person for this. Setting your request to "new package request" for now. Component:

New RPM package request Many thanks for your help. I've grown to use the Composer part of this. Been using this for a very long time since Seamonkey and beyond. If there's another alternative I'll certainly support that. Whatever you decide post it here and I'll be happy with that.

OK, I tried the composer now and created a rudimentary page and it seems to work fine.
